All support packages offer the following:

  1. Fault Monitoring - Our operations center is notified if your calls can't reach you.
  2. System Configuration Backup - We keep periodic, off-site backups of your system.
  3. Server Failover - If you lose connection for whatever reason, your calls will be routed real-time to our system and a message is played for your callers.
  4. Bopper Upgrade Discounts - See some new features you want, we make it affordable to upgrade.
  5. New Equipment Discounts - Each package offers a 5% discount on additional phones, adapters, headsets, conference phones, any equipment we sell.
  6. Configuration changes, customizations, questions answered, how-to assistance, simply anything we can help you with.

Tier 2 and 3 packages additionally include the following:

  1. Bopper Warranty for 6 months
  2. New Equipment Discounts - Each package offers a 10% discount on additional phones, adapters, headsets, conference phones, any equipment we sell.
  3. Voice Mail Backup - We will keep off-site copies of your valuable voice messages up to 100 Megs.
  4. Server Fail-over with your custom announcements, voice mail sent to you via email

Tier 3 packages additionally include the following:

  1. Bopper Warranty for 12 months
  2. New Equipment Discounts - Each package offers a 15% discount on additional phones, adapters, headsets, conference phones, any equipment we sell.
  3. Voice Mail Backup - We will keep off-site copies of your valuable voice messages up to 500 Megs.
  4. Server Fail-over with your custom announcements, voice mail sent to you via email or forwarded to any other number, including cellular phones, or secondary systems
